House rules
To make your stay more comfortable, we would like to provide you with some guidance on how to use our guesthouse.
The lounge area in front of the counter is open for 24 hours a day. As the building echoes, please keep noise to a lower level. You are welcome to freely use this area during BAR time are.
Please refrain from eating and drinking in your room. If you want to eat or drink, please use the lounge.
Cooking utensils, dishes, and condiments with stickers (and those in the refrigerator basket) may be used freely. Please wash wipe and return dishes to their original place after use. Entering the kitchen area behind the counter is prohibited.
New bath towels and face towels will be prepared in your room every two days.
If you need more, please ask our staff as they can be rented for 100 yen per set.

Washing Machine
The fee for using the washing machine is 100 yen for per use. Please pay with the Pay Pay QR code labeled on the washing machine.

Visitors
The second floor is only for guests. If you wish to invite friends who aren’t staying here, please welcome them at the lounge on the first floor. We also do not allow visitors to enter the building past 10:00 p.m. If anyone enters the budling after 10:00 p.m. or visitors come into the second floor without permission, we will charge them double the accommodation fee.
Please sort garbage into burnable garbage, bottles, cans, and plastic bottles.
For non-burnable trash, please rinse any remaining content before sorting them into the trash cans in the shared kitchen.(Bins should be placed on the floor by the trash cans in the shared kitchen.)
